Our story · since 2019

We started with one rule: never sell a coffee we wouldn’t happily drink black.

Wide — roastery floor / drum roaster
01 — The beginning

The first cup, the first light over the hills, the first time a farmer’s coffee gets named on a bag instead of blended into anonymity.

We buy green coffee directly from smallholder farms across Nepal’s mid-hills, roast it in small batches in Kathmandu, and ship it within 48 hours. No warehouses, no mystery lots, no coffee older than it should be.

02 — What we stand on

Three non-negotiables

01
Names, not grades

Every lot is traceable to a farm and a family. We print the name on the bag and the price we paid on our site.

02
Fresh is the whole point

We roast to order. Your bag is stamped with its roast date because freshness isn’t a marketing word to us.

03
Better for the hills

Direct premiums fund seedlings, washing stations and the next generation staying on the land.

03 — Where it grows

From the mid-hills to your mug

Our coffee grows between 1,200 and 1,800 metres in Gulmi, Kaski, Lalitpur and Sindhupalchok — slow-maturing cherries that develop the sugars and acidity we chase.
